Prime Helix compounds are strictly for research and laboratory use only. They are not intended, labeled, or sold for human consumption. All purchases are made under this agreement.
What purity levels do your peptides have?
All Prime Helix compounds are verified at 99%+ purity by independent HPLC analysis. Every batch also undergoes endotoxin testing (LAL assay, USP <85>) before release.
How should I store lyophilized peptides?
Store lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides at -20°C in a sealed container away from light and moisture. After reconstitution, store at 4°C and use within 30 days. Do not refreeze reconstituted peptide.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Lyophilized peptides stored properly at -20°C are stable for 24–36 months. All products include a lot number and expiration date on the label.
Do you carry bacteriostatic water?
Yes. We carry pharmaceutical-grade bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) in 30mL vials, ideal for peptide reconstitution. Available in the shop under accessories.
What is the difference between your peptide variants (e.g., 10mg vs 20mg)?
The dosage variations refer to the total lyophilized content per vial. Higher dosage vials offer better per-unit value for extended research protocols. All variants are the same purity and formulation.

Orders placed before 12PM PST ship same business day. Orders after 12PM or on weekends ship the next business day. Priority overnight shipping is available at checkout.
How are peptides packaged for shipping?
All peptides are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. Lyophilized compounds are sealed in vials and packed with insulating material to maintain integrity during transit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is planned for a future expansion. Sign up for email updates to be notified.
Do orders include tracking?
Yes. Every order ships with full tracking information sent to your email. You can also view tracking in your account dashboard under Orders.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will reship or refund at no cost. We stand behind every product we send.

What does COA mean?
COA stands for Certificate of Analysis. It is an independent laboratory report confirming the identity, purity, and potency of a compound. Every Prime Helix batch has a COA available in our Testing section.
What is endotoxin testing (LAL)?
The Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) assay tests for bacterial endotoxins per USP <85>. Endotoxin-free peptides are critical for research integrity. We test every batch and report results on each COA.
Where are your products manufactured?
All Prime Helix compounds are synthesized in an FDA-registered, GMP-compliant facility in the United States. We do not source from overseas manufacturers.
Who performs your third-party testing?
We partner with accredited independent laboratories including Freedom Diagnostics. Testing includes HPLC purity analysis, mass spectrometry identity confirmation, and LAL endotoxin assay.
How do I access COA documents for my products?
